Job requirements

1. Age is 28-40 years old

2. Experience in home appliance repair is preferred

3. Strong communication and strong sense of responsibility

Job Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the basic maintenance of daily facilities and electrical appliances in the house

2. Responsible for the safety inspection and maintenance of water, electricity and gas in the house

3. Responsible for the maintenance of sanitation in unrented houses

4. Responsible for following up and coordinating the progress of third party maintenance
