Job Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the basic maintenance of daily facilities and electrical appliances in the house

2. Responsible for the safety inspection and maintenance of water, electricity and gas in the house

3. Responsible for the maintenance of sanitation in unrented houses

4. Responsible for following up and coordinating the progress of third party maintenance

Qualifications:

1. Accounting related major, college degree or above;

5,skilled application of finance and Office software, the actual operation of the financial system of Kingdee, UF and so on is preferred;
